My 2 yr old cat has begun to chew wires. How do I get her to stop and can she get hurt?
Q. We had 2 female cats, (one 11 yrs old, and this 2 yr old) and about 4 months ago got a 5 yr old male from a shelter. The 2 yr old female seems to think that she is the Alpha Male of the house and is constantly battling with the male, and will even growl at the other female if she hangs out with the male. The two will kind of get along sometimes, and I really think that half the time, they are only playing, but I hope that this is not a teritorial thing. Anyway, the 2 yr old has chewed (and destroyed) MP3 speaker wires, 2 computer's speaker wires, cell phone charger wires, computer mouse wires, and most of the time, they are still plugged into the outlet! A. I just made a small solution of cayenne pepper and water. The cayenne doesn't dissolve in the water, but it does make it spicy. You can strain it out so it's clean. Soak a cotton ball and run it over all your unexposed wires. It's fast, cheap, and easy. My cat used to chew on wires all the time, but once I had done this she completely stopped. I only had to go over the cords like this once, so it really worked on her.

How do I connect 2 satellite dishes over 1 cable to 2 decoders and 1 television please?
Q. Hi I have 2 satellite dishes pointing at 2 different satellites. I have 1 cable between the location of the satellite dishes and the the location of the 2 decoders and 1 tv. I want to connect 1 dish to 1 decoder and the TV and the 2nd dish to the other decoder and the TV What is the best way to connect this please? A. You will have to use 2 separate cables. Each cable has to supply the LNB with 2 different voltages for polarity switching. It uses 13and 18 volts so they have to be separate cables.

A. hm..well when i installed nightlife after my sims 2 and open fo business i sorta had that same problem. it kept saying "wrong disc" "put open for business" and all that. i think after u've installed open for business, everything should look exactly the same whilst ur playing deluxe its just that there will be knew tobjects and things. When its loading nothing will be differnt but u might be able to tell on the neighboour section if theres differnt music. hope i helped :)

A. Give it time and don't force them, they will check each other out and everything will work out just fine. Some people say to keep them separate for a while and that can work also but will not cure the curiosity of your cats to find out what is going on. A. Animals are funny, huh? I had 4 cats, now have 3. Had to put one down last week. All 4 of my cats came into my house at different times; so introducing them to other cats is my specialty! Two females...---> 1). The spray bottle technique YET if they're both equally disliking each other...then, 2). One cat in one room, the other cat outside that room. Another writer said 2-3 days. A. Yeah, it means you must have left your table within 2 hours of your booking. So say you book a table for 7:30pm, it usually means they have another table booked at 9:30pm so you need to have left by then! Of course these things also come down the restaurant bringing out the food quickly etc. but what it means for you, is basically don't linger. Arrive on time, eat at a reasonable pace, order your starters (if having) and main course at the same time, decide what you want to eat pretty quickly, and probably no time for a coffee afterwards (or at least coffee with the bill). It's an annoying rule, I know, and sort of take out half the enjoyment in going for a meal out! But I suppose they need the money, and so need the turnover. Hope that… [cont.]

A. I am sure they will try and help you do your work. Sit on the keyboard etc. But I imagine they will play together and sleep a fair bit. I have experience of Balinese, who are very affectionate cats, from their profile slightly less than burmese but still. My cat is very affectionate and does sit on my keyboard when I try and do things, but eventually she gives in. When I have been at home in the day, she does need some attention but she is ok. I imagine as kittens it will be harder for you to work but I think from my experience with balinese it wouldn't be a problem.

A. You could make to separate users and make them both members of the Administrators *group*. This will give them (almost?) the same priviliges as the Administrator user (which is disabled by default anyway in XP), while maintaining their own Desktop, My Documents, Apps Data and so on. However, as was pointed out, an Administrator can do what he please and access any files -- also that belonging to other members of the Administrators group. The only why to keep something private from the Adminstrators, is using some sort of encryption on the files... and even then, an administrator could simply delete it. In some states (like here in California) there is a computer program that you input a lot of financial, custodial, and property information into, and it spits out a number and the judge then considers that number in light of the global circumstances. A. Sims 2 is the general base game but the expansion pack adds on to the base game. It introduces new features to the game, like the Seasons expansion pack will now feature the different seasons in the game whereas the expansion doesn't. It just adds more variety and more stuff to do if you ever get bored of playing the base game only. I recommend it though!
